The role is based in Singapore and will be focused on delivering the best possible customer service for the musical instrument repair industry. We want somebody who is self-driven, passionate, and very organized. Someone who matches our spirit and desire and to keep challenging ourselves to push to be the best in the industry.As a Freelance Digital Piano Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining digital pianos for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital piano technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.The incumbent will be responsible for the following:\xe2\x97\x8f Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with digital pianos, including electrical, mechanical, and software-related problems.\xe2\x97\x8f Perform repairs and maintenance on various models of digital pianos.\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct regular inspections and tune-ups to ensure optimal performance.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide detailed reports on the condition and necessary repairs for each instrument.\xe2\x97\x8f Offer expert advice and guidance to clients regarding the care and maintenance of their digital pianos.\xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital piano technology and repair techniques.\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate effectively with clients and supporting teammates to schedule appointments and provide updates on repair progress.Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as a digital piano technician or similar role.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong knowledge of digital piano technology, including hardware, software, and electronics.\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and customer service skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation (on-site work is required).\xe2\x97\x8f Certification or formal training in digital piano repair or a related field. (Preferred)\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with a variety of digital piano brands and models. (Preferred)\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with MIDI technology and software.
