We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Freelance Programmer

to develop a custom database system tailored to our loyalty program and business operations. This is a project-based role where you will work closely with our internal team to understand our processes and deliver a functional, scalable, and user-friendly solution.

Responsibilities

Design and develop a custom database management system aligned with our operational needs Build and manage a secure, scalable SQL database for storing customer and sales data Implement data analysis features such as reporting, trend tracking, and customer segmentation Integrate the developed solution to existing systems Provide clear documentation and basic training for users Offer technical support throughout testing, deployment, and post-launch

Requirements

Proven experience in database, SQL and/or CRM development or similar business tools Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence Good understanding of retail/consumer nature of business High proficiency in SQL and database design Familiarity with retail Point of Sales systems and working with APIs Ability to work independently and deliver on schedule Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail * Project-based remuneration to be discussed and confirmed after scope alignment
