Responsibilities
Maintaining online chats at ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and/or Lazada, and handle customer dispute
Required to be able to converse comfortably in both English and Mandarin (spoken) to team members and customers. Should be able to read basic Chinese
Google Sheets (excel) skill, able to do basic data entry
Other adhoc ecommerce work
Work Remote
Fully remote, work from home.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service
Has experience in handling customer dispute and complaints
Must have minimum 1 year exposure to Shopee and/or Lazada Seller Platforms
Internet connection must be reliable
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
