Freelance Massage Therapist We are looking for a fun and vibrant team player who cares deeply about delivering great experiences for our guests. You will be part of helping our members and guests look and feel their best! Job description
- Prepare, clean and tidy spa premises
- Answer phone calls and messages, assist guests with questions regarding spa services, book appointments
- Perform body massage and treatments with high quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Recommend follow up sessions and home care products
- Engage and interact with guests, ensure their comfort and wellbeing is taken care of
- Have a full understanding of all spa services and products
- Report any guests comments or complaints to the Manager
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Possess certification in ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/WSQ or equivalent
- Basic conversational English
- High standard of personal hygiene and personal grooming
- Enjoys engagement and interaction with guests
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
- Staff meals every day
- Spa Commission and more!
Part-time hours: 35 per week Salary: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour Benefits:
