Responsibilities:

Your aim is to obtain the best competitive pricing from all the suppliers. This includes building relationships with key suppliers.
You will be the first point of contact to receive RFQ's. You will prepare the according quotation in coordination with the sales team and provide it to the customer.
To negotiate and file competitive airfreight rates
To negotiate and file rates with overseas agents
To prepare quotations for the customer & sales team
To pass the confirmed quotation to the operations team
To confirm incoming supplier invoices
To maintain excellent relations with all the stakeholders of the company
General assistance in operations when required
