Job Details * Perm role with comprehensive benefits (AWS, Performance bonus, AL, medical benefits etc) * Walking distance from Jurong East mrt * Mon to Friday Office hours * MNC Freight fo Job Details Perm role with comprehensive benefits (AWS, Performance bonus, AL, medical benefits etc) Walking distance from Jurong East mrt Mon to Friday Office hours MNC Freight forwarder company with oversea opportunity Job Responsibilities Supervising and provide guidance to company APAC's subsidiaries regarding their LCL export shipments Create better visibility of LCL cargo flow within our organization (country & regional level) Lead and control the operational handling of LCL Transshipments & Consolidation at LCL Gateway Give Sales support to Local and Regional Development Teams (Trade Lane, Vertcial Markets) Support the Tender Management for APAC-/Global LCL Tender Develop Tradelanes to establish own Consolidation Container services within APAC and beyond Liaise and negotiate with NVO Consolidator and CFS Oversea the Data Quality in TMS for Product Management LCL Provide LCL Tariff for Transshipment and arrange upload in-house system Provide regular reports on volume, TEUs and financial status Job Requirements Min. with Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business related major 5-8 years of past work experience in NVOCC,freight forwarding or logistics-related field Possess good experience in leadership role/managerials positions in medium to large organization Good credential in customer/partner orientation and proficient in organizing & planning Exeptional communication and people skills both verbal and written Need to be enthusiatic and motivated individual with analytical mind bent on analyzing situation objectively Interested applicants, please send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] or press 'apply now' Align Recruitment Pte Ltd (20C0253) Tee Siew Mei (R1219651)
