Freight Supervisor ($5000 $6500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
- Maintain customer service excellence
- Resolve escalated customers\xe2\x80\x99 concerns and issues on freight services
- Prepare daily operation performance reports and status updates
- Apply rating principles, states as well as operator variations
- Manage cargo documentation process according to industry standards or sector requirements
- Manage performance of cargo or material-handling security procedures
- Manage performance of cargo consolidation activities
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding/ Transportation Industry is a plus.
- Possess valid class 4/5 Driving license.
