Responsibilities: \xc3\x98 Proactively monitor all incident and service request in ITSM portal. \xc3\x98 Timely escalation of incidents to meet SLA. \xc3\x98 Alerts monitoring and escalations. \xc3\x98 IT service management Process Knowledge. \xc3\x98 Perform backup monitoring and escalations. \xc3\x98 Perform Control-M batch job monitoring and escalations. \xc3\x98 SAN and NAS monitoring and reporting. \xc3\x98 Account Management for agencies. \xc3\x98 Review of automated reports and escalation of incidents/issues to POCs. \xc3\x98 Adhoc task based on operational/project requirement. Education and Experience Required: \xc3\x98 Diploma in Computer engineering or equivalent. Knowledge and Skills: \xc3\x98 Computer proficiency with server management (windows server, UNIX/Linux) \xc3\x98 Demonstrated problem solving skills. \xc3\x98 Basic networking skills, SFTP, NAS, SMTP. \xc3\x98 Knowledge of Applications such as IIS, WebLogic are recommended. \xc3\x98 Data center knowledge \xc3\x98 Experience in remote management.
