What you\'ll do:
As a Freshworks Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business needs and technical solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with clients, understanding their operational needs, and translating these into technical requirements. If you are interested, you will also be given the opportunity to assist in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including crafting technical responses for project proposals. Your expertise in ITSM software will be crucial in solving specific business problems while ensuring optimal architecture and functionality.

• Working closely with clients, translating operational business needs into technical requirements and creating detailed project plans
• Assisting in pre-sales and post-sales activities such as contributing to technical responses for project/tender proposals, post-implementation reports and recommendations
• Liaising between business and technical teams, providing knowledge on ITSM software and how it can be used to solve specific business problems
• Ensuring the right architecture and functionality are in place
• Performing workflow analysis and examine the interaction between Freshworks and the client\'s infrastructure

What you bring:
As a successful candidate, you will need at least two years\' experience working with Freshworks/Freshservice/Freshchat/Freshdesk. You will need a solid understanding of ITSM best practices. Your knowledge in scripting/programming is an added advantage that will allow you to excel in your role.
