Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Experience
Greet clients, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism

Support HR and admin tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
Assist with compliance checks and maintenance of internal records
Help onboard new hires by preparing welcome kits and supporting orientation

Team Support & Office Culture
Assist with internal events, celebrations, and team activities
Support internal projects (e.g., HR initiatives, content creation, simple social media posts)
Share ideas to improve workflows, office culture, and employee experience
