As we are expanding, we are looking for more Front Desk Customer Service Consultants. Jobscope: Attend to and explain course offerings to walk-in customers Handle enquiry emails and phone calls Handle student registration and collection of fees Establish and maintain good relationship with parents Support day-to-day centre operations Job Requirements: Customer service oriented Excellent communication skills Working Days: 5-days work week (Wednesday to Sunday), 8.45am to 6.30pm Monday and Tuesday are off days Our Centres: SingPost Centre mall (Paya Lebar) Waterway Point mall (Punggol) Oasis Terraces mall (Punggol) Serangoon NEX Our Tampines Hub You will be based in 1 of the centres above. You are not required to rotate between the different centres.
