Attend to all walk-in visitors and direct to the relevant department.
Reply to email enquiries and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Arrange courier services for pick-up and delivery etc.
Handle incoming mails and parcels.
Take note of office and pantry supplies and replenish when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Location: Buona Vista (company is walking distance from MRT)
Able to start work immediately.
Minimum Diploma in any field.
