We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as the Front Desk cum Admin Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., data entry, document filing, photocopying, scanning).
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, including room bookings.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
Diploma or equivalent; or relevant experiences.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with a standard 9am-6pm.
