Working Hours: Normal Working Hours (Following Scheduled Roaster)
Responsibilities
:
Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.
Greet, check in and announce customers' arrival.
Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.
Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
Provide refreshments to customers.
Other ad hoc admin duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
:
Experience as front-desk officer, receptionist or customer service ground job.
Basic MS office and data entry skill.
