Manage incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Greet and check-in customers and announce their arrivals.
Oversee the Sales Executive turn system.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
Ensure display vehicles (both interior and exterior) are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
Offer refreshments to customers as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Good customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented
Proficient in basic MS Office applications and data entry

5 days work week, shift work (no graveyard shift)
Salary up to $3300 (depends on experience) + Bonus
