Contract period : 1 year (Immediate)
Job scope
- Responsible for all documentation relating to Equipment Maintenance matters per iLMS requirements:
\xcc\xb5 Monitor, review, and report on contractors\xe2\x80\x99 Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure maintenance work and necessary corrective action are carried out.
\xcc\xb5 Raising and closing of maintenance orders in iLMS.
\xcc\xb5 Compile and analyse data collated from iLMS.
- Undertake other administrative responsibilities including assisting in procurement activities.
- Assisting in preparing payment to vendors (Direct Payment) for all equipment sections except Hazmat Section:
\xcc\xb5 Monitoring of contract usage.
- Monitoring of payment made to vendors.
- Diploma holder. Salary range - $1,926 to $2,600 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant admin and/or procurement experience, i.e. assist in preparing quotations and tenders.
- Good with MS Office.
- Preferably experienced with using SAP software.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Ability to adapt to the team and working environment would be an advantage.
