Our Client is a leading leader in the shopping / properties industry and is looking for dynamic individuals to be a part of their team!

Job Duties:
- Handle general enquires over the concierge or via incoming call
- Provide directional assistance to shoppers when necessary
- Handle all redemption, ensuring inventories & Counter stocks are tallies in CRM
- Track all lost and found item reported at the concierge
- Administrating all written or verbal feedbacks received
- Liaising with service team on facilities maintenance
- Roving duties in the mall
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level with 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Pro-active and is comfortable interacting with customers
- Willing to commit rotating shift
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (5 days work \xe2\x80\x93 based on rotating shift)
