Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Organise and plan photoshoots and weddings for clients
- Coordinating photoshoot plans, requirements and deliverables between clients and our team
- Provide timely, friendly and accurate communication to clients
- Building positive relationship with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services throughout the entire journey
- Serve as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for clients to advise and recommend services to clients
- Ensure and maintain accurate record of clients’ wedding and photoshoot requirements and services
- Detail oriented and organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable and have a pleasant personality
- Able to work well under pressure when handling complaints
- Can commit to retail hours, both weekends and public holiday for the long-term
- 1 years experience in customer service in tourism/hospitality is a plus
- Candidates with NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Work-life balance: 5-day work week (no OT)
