Job Description

• Location: Changi Airport
• 44 Hours per week, 5 Days or 6 days (Including Weekend & PH)
• Working hour: 8-hours Shift based: Morning/Afternoon/Night

• Salary: $1800 basic, gross up to $2000-$2400

Responsibilities:

• Front-line customer service role
• Assist in checking in at counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
• Ensuring the smooth departure process - assisting in gate duties - scanning of boarding pass and working closely with flight captain, cabin crew, airline representative
• Deploy to Arrival Services, to assist at Lost & Found Services for baggage and conduct tracing activities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
