Job Description


  • Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations & functions.
  • Attend to all customers' issues and provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Acknowledge and greet guests entering and leaving the facility.
  • Attend to all incoming calls and redirect them or take down messages.
  • Maintain knowledge of all services, products, and prices.
  • Daily monitoring of appointment bookings to make sure there are sufficient customers to achieve daily sales, sufficient staff to service customers, and smooth operating & functioning of the outlet.
  • Scheduling of appointments.
  • Basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier.
  • Attending to customers' pre & post-consultation inquiries.
  • Maintain tidiness of front desk.
  • Monitor and manage inventory. Purchase retail stocks and salon-use stocks when necessary
  • Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
  • Performed regular follow-ups on customers to upkeep customer care.
  • Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
