Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations & functions.
Attend to all customers' issues and provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Acknowledge and greet guests entering and leaving the facility.
Attend to all incoming calls and redirect them or take down messages.
Maintain knowledge of all services, products, and prices.
Daily monitoring of appointment bookings to make sure there are sufficient customers to achieve daily sales, sufficient staff to service customers, and smooth operating & functioning of the outlet.
Scheduling of appointments.
Basic customer registration, financial billing, and cashier.
Attending to customers' pre & post-consultation inquiries.
Maintain tidiness of front desk.
Monitor and manage inventory. Purchase retail stocks and salon-use stocks when necessary
Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.
Performed regular follow-ups on customers to upkeep customer care.
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
