Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of all aspects of Front Desk services
  • Handling of all incoming inquiries and requests from phone calls, emails, messaging, and walk-in for new and existing customers
  • Handle customer transactions using the School Management System (ASOE-MS)
  • Performs general administrative duties including invoicing and chasing for payments
  • Proficient in PC/MAC skills including MS Office applications
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
Part-time: Monday to Friday from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
