We are looking for a professional, service-oriented team player with leadership skills to join our clinic located in Parkway Parade. As a full time receptionist you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment.Duties and responsibilities- Answering phone calls and handle scheduling of appointments.- Assist in patient's registrations.- Administrative duties.- Assist the doctors.- Collecting payments.- Follow up with patients. (Send reminders on a daily basis)- Keep the office clean and presentable.- Uses customer service principles and techniques to deal with patients calmly and pleasantly.- Report to practice manager at the end of the day.- Participate in external events.Skills and Abilities- Must be able to multitask.- Must be organised.- Strong communication skills and able to relate to people from all walks of life.- Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.- Must be willing to interact with patients on a constant basis.- Be positive, courteous and have a professional attitude in the workplace.- Able to do some sales.Staff benefits- Free Chiropractic care and discounted rate for family members.- Working hours 36-38hrs a week.- Team bonding activities.Requirements- Minimum GCE N Level.- Willing to work on Saturdays.- Have at least 1 year of experience.Salary$2000-$2500Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
