Job Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree or vocational course graduate
  • With working experience as a receptionist or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Skill in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and similar software
  • (Skill in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • (Working experience in Printing/Advertising Industries is a plus)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers and guests
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
  • Answer queries on Email and Social media platforms
  • Making Project Quotations
  • Making Job Orders
  • Endorsing project instructions to the production team
  • Keeping good communication with the production team and updating the clients with the statuses of their projects
  • Keep updated records of personal sales
  • Any other office management tasks assistance
