Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Our unique Dorsett Representative will form part of the Front Office team to set service excellence standards and exceed the expectations of our unique guest experiences
  • To perform all Front Office duties including reservations, cashiering, checking in, checking out and answering both internal and external phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide concierge services to our guests and ensure that guests' requests and queries are attended to promptly, politely and efficiently
  • To work closely with our F&B partners to ensure guests requests are met and attended to in a timely manner
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per monthBenefits:
