Coordination - Coordinating client training activities in the studio. Administration - Perform over-the-counter administrative duties such as guest appointment bookings, attendance, payment processing, and closing, database/filing, and queries via instructors/guests. Operations - Maintain general cleanliness and neatness of the studio. Light load inventory, premises maintenance, and adherence to Safe Measurement Management guidelines. Minimal Sales - General retail operations and sales inquiry handling. Any other ad-hoc or administrative duties when necessary. Required Education Level: Minimally Diploma/'O' or 'A' levels Required Experience: 2 years of working experience in the related field/Administration/Customer service/Retail Operations or Hospitality is a plus and highly valued. Stand-out: Bilingual: English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers Enjoys physical movements Leading an active fitness lifestyle
