As a Front of House Concierge, you are the face and heartbeat of Alpha Vitality. You will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for our clients from the moment they walk through the door. Your ability to combine hospitality with operational efficiency is essential in supporting a high-end, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs
Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on services, schedules, and facilities
Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians
Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area
Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks
Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles desirable but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
A warm, polished, and professional demeanour
Passion for health, wellness, longevity or client care is a strong advantage
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)

Salary Range:
SGD 2,400 - 2,800/month (based on experience)

Full-time (5-day work week) / Part-time available
Working Hours:
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
You will work 5 days a week on a rotating shift schedule (including some Saturdays), with 2 days off per week
