We are looking for a Front Office Controller to join our team!

As a Front Office Controller, we rely on you to:
Be the key contact point in Rooms controlling for the Front Office and to ensure proper recording and follow-up with guests and other departments
Controllling and monitoring Rooms inventory with Front Office team and Housekeeping team on a daily basis
Ensuring all Rooms are assigned effectively and smooth operations
Assist all administrative duties in Front Office
Update and prepare proper documents for filling
Assist to supervising Front Office Associates
