Front Office Executive
, you will go beyond traditional receptionist duties by curating a
premium office experience
that enhances our brand, supports business functions, and fosters a welcoming environment for employees, partners, and guests.

Responsibilities
Workplace Experience & Hospitality
Be the face and tone of CU Lines: warmly welcome visitors, clients, and partners with the poise and professionalism of a 5-star service environment
Manage guest experiences end-to-end, including meeting room preparation, refreshments, and post-visit follow-ups
Curate a polished, clutter-free, and brand-aligned reception and common area environment
Coordinate executive-level services such as reservations, VIP hospitality, and gift arrangements
Office & Business Operations
Oversee day-to-day office functions including supplies procurement, pantry management, courier services, and maintenance coordination
Collaborate with departments to ensure new joiners receive a seamless onboarding experience (e.g. workspace set-up, welcome kits, name cards, office access)
Liaise with vendors and contractors for office upkeep, service quality, and continuous improvement
Assist in organising internal events and employee engagement activities, adding value to the workplace culture
Executive Support & Admin Excellence
Manage travel arrangements and logistics for visiting employees and guests
Ensure timely, accurate reporting of monthly office expenses, inventory levels, and service feedback
Maintain a reliable system of records and documentation for audits and tracking
Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through small, thoughtful touches across the workspace
What You Bring
Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, airline service, executive concierge, or premium corporate front office
Highly polished in appearance, communication, and conduct
Strong sense of ownership, emotional intelligence, and discretion
Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; comfortable with tech systems used in modern office management
* Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin -require speaking to stakeholders, and partners
