We are seeking a cheerful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a
Front Office Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage student lesson bookings, practice schedules, rescheduling, and cancellations using our booking system.
Book appointments, process payments, and issue invoices.
Ensure the center is ready for operation by managing the opening and closing checklists, including the readiness of training bays and equipment.
Handle vendor payments, insurance cover, MOM interactions and bank transactions.
Perform simple bookkeeping and provide accounting, HR and operational support.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the center, including training bays and the back office.
Respond to, resolve, and/or escalate issues such as claims, schedule conflicts, and last-minute cancellations as needed.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills; office management experience, dynamic, self-driven, professional, and reliable.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus).
Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Availability to work 5 days per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
