Front Office Support Consultant

Support coverage forUK and US markets
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production support for
Trading Systems (TS/BidFX)
Perform dailysystem health checks
andbatch monitoring
Handleincident management
and coordinate with IT teams to ensure uptime Liaise withvendors, brokers, and business users
for issue resolution and onboarding Participate insystem enhancements, DR/BCP, and audits
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in
application/production support
withintrading or financial systems
Hands-on withSQL
for troubleshooting Familiar withequities, FX, and derivatives
trade flow Experience withTradingScreen (TS), BidFX, or similar trading systems
* Good understanding ofITIL
andFIX protocol
(advantageous)
