Job Summary:



We are seeking a Murex Front Office Support Analyst to join our global support team and work with a major international client. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting front office users within the Murex platform. This role is suited for professionals early in their Murex career who are eager to grow, learn, and advance.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day-to-day front office support for Murex users. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trade capture, pricing, PnL, and market data. Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely issue resolution and system stability. Support testing, upgrades, and enhancements within the Murex environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery.


3-5 years of experience working with Murex, specifically in front office support. Good understanding of front office workflows, products, and trade lifecycle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
