You'll be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional Agile squad consisting of Frontend and Backend Engineers, Designers and Product Owners. Our squads operate in an open and fast-paced environment where everyone has a say. Frontend Engineer, APAC What's on the menu: Building platforms that scale to millions of users worldwide - using the most cutting-edge Frontend tech stacks (React, Typescript) Working with a multinational, diverse and talented team of fellow Engineers, Product Managers and Product Designers Developing, testing, deploying maintainable and elegant code Managing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables within autonomous teams Taking part in squad ceremonies and actively participating in technical decision making and product improvements Understanding the development lifecycle and working closely in a cross-functional and international team What you can bring to the table: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of development experience Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and any commonly used Frontend frameworks (React/Angular etc.) Familiar with the theory and implementation of basic Data Structures (Linked Lists, Hash Maps etc.) and Algorithms (Binary Search, Merge Sort etc.) Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Testing Library, Enzyme Knowledge of Continuous Integration and deployment Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken About foodpanda foodpanda (small f') is the world's favourite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office.
