About the Team: The TikTok Fundamental team will focus on frontend development. We will also focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunity areas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and rapidly creating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking for experienced frontend engineers to develop web/hybrid applications. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the frontend development of the TikTok fundamentals business, including but not limited to the product for users, our middle platform and operating platform 2. Responsible for the development of various client scenarios in TikTok, including but not limited to WebApp, Hybrid dynamic scenarios, etc. 3. Realize with high-quality design and code to create the ultimate user experience for TikTok. 4. Take the lead on the exploration of new and efficient front-end development models to ensure R&D efficiency and delivery quality. Qualifications 1. B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions. 2. 3+ years experience in developing frontend web applications, with proven experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular and packaging frameworks like Webpack/Rollup/BaBel/AST/Gulp. 3. Experience in solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance. 4. Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design. 5. Great to have hybrid development experience. 6. Great to have large-scale website architecture experience.
