The role will be rotating across various MRT / Bus stations to provide customer service and perform sales duties whenever necessary.

Adecco is partnering with a company in the Transportation Industry in seeking for a frontline Customer Service Officer.






Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from the general public
  • Perform sales whenever necessary
  • Handle cash, refunds, and claims.


The Talent:
  • No experience required
  • Prior customer service experience in any industry is a bonus
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and PH
