Job Scope

- Communicate with team memebers and our customers via both email and phone calls
- Customer\xe2\x80\x99s order and data processing on WMS (warehouse management system)
- Verify operational documents with billing summaries to be sent to customers
- Ensure that Customer Service operational documents properly
- Liaise with operation team members to arrange any inbound / outbound activities within a
- Report irregularity encounter in the course of work to direct superior
- 2 to 5 years of experience as Customer Service Officer in a warehouse environment handling
- Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management system and documentation of
- Able to speak, read and write English upon directly communicating with customers or / and
- Experience with Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports
- Able to compile KPI reports periodically
- Able to verify the billing reports to our customers as well as service agreement
