Job Description

The Customer team helps our clients across industries extend their relationship, capture and grow the value of their customers. Successful candidates will play a significant role working on client engagements spanning in areas such as customer strategy, customer experience design, service and sales transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.

The role involves:

• Designing and developing MS Dynamics CRM solutions for clients
• Understanding client\'s requirements, translating requirements into design and managing the implementation from start to finish
• Managing resources for the seamless implementation of the projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision to junior staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of project targets are met according to milestone agreements
• Coaching and mentoring staff to help build their capabilities
• Supporting business development activities including preparing proposals, attending sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to ongoing project work
  

• Tertiary qualification in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of MS Dynamics CRM consultancy experience
• Experience in at least life cycle implementations across multiple versions of MS Dynamics CRM / 365 / Power Platform would be preferable
• Good knowledge on Agile/Scrum Methodologies
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
