Job Description



We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing individual to join our Customer Practice. As a Digital Marketing individual at KPMG, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies for clients. As customer experience rises in importance, customer outcomes are pivotal to key business decisions in order to achieve sustainable growth in today's dynamic market. The Customer team helps our clients across industries extend their relationship, capture and grow the value of their customers. We provide them with the insights needed to help them meet their strategic and financial goals through:

  • Rapidly driving growth and creating customer value
  • Transforming the customer experiences that add most value to the organisation
  • Making transformation and business decisions based on what customers value
Successful candidates will play a significant role in working on client engagements spanning customer strategy, customer experience design, service, sales and marketing transformation, and customer-centric operational improvement.

The role involves:
  • Supporting business development activities including preparing proposals, driving sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to ongoing project work
  • End to end responsibility for delivering consulting engagement related to digital marketing strategy, design and implementation, e.g.
o Build, plan and implement digital marketing strategies
o Stay up to date with latest technology (e.g. marketing technology, social listening, Customer Data Platform) and best practices
o Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
o Measure ROI and KPIs
o Conduct social media audits
o Define and deliver social media strategies
o Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
o Organize, train and lead digital marketing teams
o Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Being accountable for driving successful engagements and managing the client relationships, demonstrating proficiency in their capability to drive digital marketing transformation
  • Managing resources for the seamless implementation of the projects, as well as providing guidance and supervision to junior staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of project targets according to milestone agreements
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff in building their capabilities
  • Deliver sales and revenue KPIs

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies (in Agency or Consulting firm)
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1-5 years of experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software, for example:
o Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
o Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture)
o Working knowledge of social listening tools (e.g. TalkWalker)
o Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
o Experience with CRM Software marketing cloud
  • Basic knowledge of web design procedures
  • Strong client and project management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assess the practical aspects of business operations to enable sound and practical recommendations to clients is require
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
