Are you passionate about building food safety standards and systems across multiple countries, driving food safety culture to the next level? We are looking for someone with supplier management experience to drive food safety and quality compliance. Our Food Safety & Quality Assurance team is growing, and we're looking for an energetic food safety professional to join the international team. Working collaboratively with our international procurement, culinary development, and country QA teams, the role will share best practices, create standardized ways of working, drive thinking in food safety regarding supplier approval, and support various strategic projects - delivering on the Food Safety & Quality Assurance vision. As a member of our international food safety team, you'll be exposed to lean, fast-paced, and engaged QA teams across the system. Within the QA community, you'll collaboratively work to mitigate risk and drive standards and operational excellence to ensure the consumer gets safe and high-quality ingredients.

• Supporting the FSQA team in the implementation of a new Product Specification and Quality Management System.

• Liaise with HelloFresh Suppliers to ensure they fill out the relevant information on the Product Specifications accurately and at the required level of detail.

• Own the initial review of Product Specifications to ensure that the quality, safety, and sustainability fields align with HelloFresh policies and requirements.

• Proactively review and ensure all Supplier documentation is available and updated.

• Partner with the FSQA category leads and raise non-conformances to Product Specifications

and other Supplier documentation where HelloFresh requirements are not being met.Who we're looking for

• Food sciences/ nutrition or similar scientific degree
• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in food safety or quality role, ideally working within supplier compliance and/ or product approval
• You have knowledge of food safety systems and HACCP
• Knowledge of food labeling legislation, ideally with the familiarity with EU requirements
• High level of analytical skills
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint)
• You are a self-starter who is keen to develop your knowledge and skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent spoken and written English is required

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php32,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
