Your responsibilities include:

• Participate in requirements, design, coding, review & test strategy for technical solutions

• Develop functional & technical solutions for the project BOW

• Coordinate and manage the integration and UAT phases; ensure resolution of any issues / defects

• Coordinate and resolve L3 issues and escalations

• Engage and coordinate with our vendor partners to drive the quality of our delivery by using process standardization and best-practices

• Act as a SME for Tax domain from Singapore

• Propose ideas/detailed technical plans on improvements

The team looking for the candidate is Tax IT and part of FSG Tech. It is a global-team with members in Singapore, India, EMEA and the US. This position is for Pune. Majority of the Tax IT team is based out of India, and is led by multiple architects and senior engineers, with experience on a wide horizon of technologies including Big-Data, Reporting & Analytics, GUI etc.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Developer (8-10 Years Exp.) with deep technical skills in DotNet, Java and Database

8-10 years of hands-on working experience in front end technologies like .Net, Java, Angular and Python Technologies/ Database experiences

Database: Oracle and MSsql

SQL

Languages - .Net, Java, Angular and Python.

Visualization toolsets - Tableau / Qlik Sense/PowerBI (Optional)

IT Architecture

Knowledge of MS Azure cloud

Strong knowledge in Unix Commands/Shell scripting

Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources

Prepare documentation for design and implementation

Perform design and code review for the team members

Outstanding communication skills, and ability to perform Multi Tasking

Good to have skills:

Knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Neo4j.

Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, such as Flume, kafka

Exposure to SDLC tools, such as: JIRA, Confluence, SVN, TeamCity, GIT, Dev-ops, Service-Now

Exposure to L3 application support - analyze and resolve issues

Exposure to Banking / Financial Services and preferably Investment Banking

Familiar with scheduling tools i.e. Control M or AutoSys
