Position: Full-Time Bubble Tea Barista Crew

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as

Full-Time Bubble Tea Barista Crew

. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service, maintaining daily operations, and taking on greater responsibilities such as supervising part-time crew, assisting with store opening and closing, and handling cash operations.

Location:

Multiple Locations (Taste Orchard, CIMB Plaza, Sembawang Shopping Centre, The Cathay)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support day-to-day operations of the outlet

Prepare and serve bubble tea and other menu items according to company standards

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

Supervise and guide part-time crew members to ensure smooth operations

Assist with store opening and closing duties, including:

Setting up and shutting down equipment Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards Cashier opening/closing and cash handling procedures Daily sales reconciliation and reporting
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and support stocktaking

Train and mentor new hires on SOPs and service standards

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required, training will be provided. Applicants with basic food hygiene certification is preferred. Friendly and approachable personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience in F&B or retail is a bonus.

No prior bubble tea experience required - training will be provided.
