We're looking for upbeat, reliable go-getters to join our crew. You'll craft great drinks, keep operations running smoothly, and grow into added responsibilities like guiding part-timers, opening/closing the store, and handling cash.


What you'll do


Lead and support the outlet's daily operations Prepare and serve bubble tea and menu items to brand standards Deliver warm, efficient service and manage feedback professionally Supervise and coach part-time teammates for smooth shifts Assist with opening/closing: Set up/shut down equipment Uphold cleaning and hygiene standards Perform cashier open/close and cash handling Reconcile daily sales and submit reports Manage inventory, restock supplies, and help with stocktakes Train and mentor new hires on SOPs and service standards
What you'll bring


Experience in F&B or retail is a plus (not required) - training provided Basic Food Hygiene certification preferred Friendly, approachable, and a clear communicator Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; can juggle multiple tasks Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn Able to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays No bubble tea experience needed, we'll teach you
