About us Etern Medical Clinic has four branches serving the residents in both Sengkang and Punggol. The clinics are conveniently situated at Punggol MRT Station and Sengkang The Seletar Mall and Fernvale Palms. Etern Medical offers a comprehensive range of medical services at an affordable rates to the patients staying around the North East Region. At Etern Medical, our doctors are able to treat acute and chronic medical conditions, conduct medical and health screening, some minor procedural and wound dressing. Our work environment includes:

& Requirements

• Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
• Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
• Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
• Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
• Performing simple administrative duties assigned by superior
• Perform billing including CHAS and Medisave payments transac
• Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
• Top up medications and assist in stock taking as required
• Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/\xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x99 level, NITEC, Higher Nitec in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Preferably stay in the northeast area.
• Must be able to commit to full time up to 44hr per workweek
• Must be able to commit to 3 night and 1-weekend shifts.
• Good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate in customer service.
• Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
• Good command of spoken English.
• The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month Benefits:
