Job Description

Qualification: 1. Possess strong dance technique and performing experience, preferably trained in Chinese dance, other dance genres are welcome too 2. Hold a professional dance diploma/degree under a recognised arts tertiary institution 3. Able to work on weekends and may be subject to irregular work scheduling 4. Good image and body proportions 5. Good communication skills and eloquent in language 6. Good character, including career professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility. Duties: 1. Attend company classes and rehearsals, including those held in other venues, which the Company may require for the full discharge of your duties 2. Acquire and maintain high levels of technical proficiency, physical ability and fitness 3. Perform and participate in all projects and/or productions, local or overseas, as directed by the Artistic Director 4. Conduct dance class and choreograph for the Company, if required by the Artistic Director 5. Undergo training in dance, teaching and choreography and 6. Be involved in all company events, including Outreach and Education programmes (Working hours may be longer during performance season and/or you may be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays due to company events/operational needs)
