Join our dynamic team at Platinum Fitness and be the first point of contact for our customers! We're looking for a reliable, personable, and proactive Front Desk Associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations at our gym outlets.





Key Responsibilities:



As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day duties will include:





Front Desk Operations:


Greet members and guests professionally and warmly Manage membership registrations and enquiries (in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms) Conduct sales of food, beverages, and merchandise



Safety & Cleanliness:


Enforce safety and hygiene guidelines within the gym Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all common areas and facilities Assist with packing, cleaning, and moving of gym equipment as needed



Administrative & Reporting Duties:


Use digital systems and tools for membership, scheduling, and incident reporting Ensure proper handover between shifts (handover/takeover documentation) Escalate any issues or incidents to the Studio Manager and General Manager promptly

Availability:


Able to work a fixed schedule of Sundays to Thursdays Commitment to a minimum of 32.5 hours per week Willingness to work across multiple gym locations in Central Singapore



Qualifications & Experience:



Required:


Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience




Preferred:


Valid First-Aid Certification Experience in fitness or wellness environments is a plus



Role Requirement:



Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Punctual, dependable, conscientious, and organized with a can-do attitude Enjoys personal interactions and have an approachable personality Able to commit to a fixed schedule of Sundays to Thursdays, with a mandatory 32.5 hours work week Able to rotate across multiple locations within Central Singapore as required



Certification / Prior Work Experience:



Prior customer service experience required First-Aid certification preferred



Physical Requirement:



Able to walk around the gym facilities, climb stairs, lift, clean and pack heavy gym equipment
