Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities The key responsibility is to support the team and help with basic tasks around the office.

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule appointments / meetings
  • Drafting daily correspondences such as emails and letters
  • Other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
  • Min. Polytechnic Diploma or GCE 'A' Level
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Able to start work ASAP
