The Role As a Fullstack Developer at MAINCARD, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be our base\xe2\x80\x99s command centre in all matters on the technical front of our platform. The role will see you employing your knowledge of various front and back end languages - tying them seamlessly together to design a holistic and gamer-centric user experience. The ideal candidate is one who can assimilate into becoming a subject matter expert on the various features and functionalities of the platform - and act as a proxy gateway between MAINCARD and any external partners, contributors or developers. Requirements Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement features and functionalities on the MAINCARD platform.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a high level of usability and accessibility for the product.
- Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Proactively identify and address bugs, and troubleshoot performance issues on the platform.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the realm of fullstack development, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Coordinate any and all external technical contributors or partners, ensuring that processes are maintained and followed thoroughly.
- Play an active role in the upkeep of project and development related documentation, ensuring that any relay or reporting of information is seamless.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator, who can convey ideas and information through clear presentation.
- High level of organisation and multi-tasking, able to manage and prioritise concurrent arrangements and matters.
- Able to observe a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Meticulous, independent and positive working attitude.
- Active awareness of current and upcoming global social media trends.
- Resourcefulness with the ability to conduct quality research and source relevant information.
- A passion for esports, gaming and/or technology.
- At least 2 years in a related field and role.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience with ReactJS, VueJS and Python.
- Proven track record developing a full front-end project using either ReactJS or VueJS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL etc.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, Jango and NodeJS highly preferred.
- Good understanding of source control.
- Exposure or experience working with AGILE/Scrum methodologies.
