Jan & Elly, an English language enrichment centre, is looking for passionate, energetic and qualified full-time lead teachers to join the team. • Prepare and conduct classes, lessons and/or activities as assigned and carry them out according to the curriculum
• Carry out Student Assessments
• Monitor the performance of students
• Write students’ progress reports at the end of each term
• Follow up and attend to queries relating to students
• Maintain a healthy class enrolment
• Build a strong rapport with parents and students
• Provide feedback on lesson plans and worksheets to relevant team members

• Bachelor of Education, Arts, or an Honours degree. A Post Graduate Certificate of Education or TESOL qualification is advantageous
• Well versed in the English language grammar and rules, possess a flair for writing, and fluent in the spoken standard English
• Able to work weekend days and weekday (Mon-Wed) evenings
• Mature, responsible, patient and positive - energetic a plus
• Must have a great sense of humour, we like to laugh and have FUN
