What you will do in this role
- Prepare and deliver lessons according to the ready-made lesson plans, and also prepare appropriate teaching aids and resources when necessary
- Mark students\xe2\x80\x99 work and carry out student assessments
- Monitor the performance of students and write students\xe2\x80\x99 term progress reports
- Follow up and attend to queries relating to students
- Build a strong rapport with parents and students
- Classroom administration
- Create a safe and conducive learning environment for students
- A passion to work with N2-P6 children, and a desire to nurture the next generation of excellent English speakers and writers
- Well versed in the English language, its grammar, and rules, possess a flair for writing, and fluent in the spoken standard English
- Graduated with a Degree in any discipline. Relevant course of study is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to teach on Mondays to Wednesdays (2.30 pm to 9 pm), and Saturdays and Sundays (9 am to 6.15 pm)
- Relevant teaching experience is preferred but not required
