Job Scope:
Assist with daily kitchen operation;
Preparation of food like portioning, cutting, packing, sauces to prepare for operation;
Have to do light cooking;
Arrange stocks and delivery;
Basic tidying up of kitchen after service;
Dishwasher for dishwashing;
Experience in Western/Italian/Japanese cuisine preferred.
