We provide bespoke solutions including luxury travel planning, wellness arrangements, medical concierge, private events, Michelin reservations, real estate introductions, VIP access, relocation services, and more.
As we expand, we are looking for a
driven, organised, and service-focused full-time manager
to support client acquisition, operations, daily concierge tasks, and overall business growth.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, handling luxury service requests, and managing daily operations.
You will work closely with the Director and help run the full concierge workflow -- from managing clients to coordinating bookings.
Compensation:
$800 SGD monthly base salary

15% revenue share
on all clients, bookings, and deals you close or manage

Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Management
Engage potential clients through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and online channels
Manage inbound leads and convert them into paying members or service clients
Build strong relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals
Present our services professionally and confidently
2. Concierge Operations (Full Support Role)
Handle daily client requests (reservations, wellness, travel, events, medical, lifestyle)
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, restaurants, clinics, and partners
Confirm all bookings, follow up, and ensure smooth delivery
Prepare itineraries, suggestion lists, and luxury service recommendations
3. Marketing & Content Support
Assist with posting / scheduling content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Help refine captions, visuals, and lifestyle content (AI tools provided)
Monitor messages/inquiries coming via social media
4. Research & Vendor Management
Research best options for hotels, restaurants, wellness clinics, private drivers, events, properties, and experiences
Build and maintain a vendor list with pricing
Contact suppliers for availability, group bookings, VIP arrangements
5. Administrative & Communication Tasks
Maintain CRM records and service logs
Prepare weekly performance and revenue reports
Support onboarding of new clients and partners
Assist the Director with calendar scheduling and reminders
6. Service Excellence
Maintain a luxury-level communication tone
Handle urgent or last-minute requests professionally
Ensure high client satisfaction and confidentiality
Take ownership of tasks from start to completion
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in Singapore (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Passion for hospitality, luxury services, travel, or client relations
Strong organisational skills; reliable and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently with flexible hours
Motivated by performance-based income
Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
Experience in concierge, hospitality, real estate, admin, sales, or customer service is a bonus
